By using WA Alerts, you agree to use the platform responsibly for lawful business communication, ecommerce automation, WhatsApp messaging, AI Agent replies, reports, and related services.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, connecting only authorized WhatsApp and store accounts, and ensuring that your messages comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

Acceptable Use

You may not use WA Alerts for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized data collection, misleading messages, or activity that damages WhatsApp, ecommerce platforms, customers, or the WA Alerts service.

WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

WhatsApp, ecommerce platforms, AI providers, courier services, and payment providers may apply their own rules, fees, limits, outages, or restrictions. WA Alerts helps manage workflows but cannot guarantee third-party availability or message delivery.

Plans, Billing, and Tokens

Plan limits, message balances, AI token usage, add-ons, renewal dates, and payment terms are shown in the dashboard or pricing pages. Continued access may require an active plan, available balance, or configured third-party keys.

AI Agent

AI-generated replies should be tested and monitored before live use. You are responsible for business knowledge base accuracy, pricing details, policies, and any final confirmation given to customers.

Limitation of Liability

WA Alerts is provided as a SaaS tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, third-party outages, account restrictions, or business decisions made from automated messages or reports.
