Paid plans provide access to WA Alerts features, message limits, automation tools, reports, and support according to the selected plan. Renewal and expiry dates are shown in the dashboard where available.
If a payment was made by mistake, duplicated, or the plan was not activated correctly, contact support as soon as possible with your account email, payment reference, and issue details.
Consumed AI tokens, message balances, and usage-based add-ons are generally not refundable after use because third-party processing costs may already apply.
You may stop using a paid plan or request cancellation support. Cancelling prevents future use or renewal where supported, but it does not automatically refund previous usage.
